Jim Oake obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1976, and joined Andrew, March & Oake as a Partner in 1981. His practice concentrates on the areas of Real Estate and Wills and Estates.

Jim presents educational seminars on will preparation and estate planning. He is a former section chair for the Canadian Bar Association, and a current member of The Estate Planning Counsel of Edmonton.

Jim has been involved since 1998 as an Assistant Leader in Beavers and Cubs (divisions of the Boy Scouts). When not doing bottle drives, Jim's spare time is under the direction of his two young children.
